What’s This All About?

Protaigé is your Al-powered marketing sidekick, which means we handle quite a bit of data to make the magic happen. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it - no smoke and mirrors here.

The Data We Collect

We’re not data hoarders - everything we collect has a purpose.

Your Brand DNA & Campaign Data

This is the core of it. To make Protaigé work, we need to understand your brand better than its own mother. This includes content you upload or generate, such as:

  • Brand & Strategy Documents: Your brand guidelines, mission statements, tone of voice, values, and campaign briefs.
  • Audience & Customer Data: Customer persona profiles.
  • Product & Service Information: Detailed product sheets, feature lists, and value propositions.
  • Creative Assets: Your logos, colour palettes, fonts, brand graphics, icons, and photography.
  • Design Kits: Your design system files, including layered PSDs and IDMLs, that act as blueprints for your campaigns.
  • Al Photo Editor Prompts: Text prompts you use to edit and generate images within the platform.

From Account Holders & Team Members

  • Full names and email addresses (we promise not to send cat videos... unless requested).
  • Login credentials (kept under more locks than a bank vault).
  • Company details.
  • Platform usage data and Al interaction history.
  • Customer support interactions, including live chats.

From Website Visitors & Marketing Leads

  • Device information, IP addresses, browser type, and operating system.
  • Cookie data (the digital kind, not the delicious kind).
  • Email addresses (for our hopefully-not-too-annoying newsletters).
  • Website URLs and company names (specifically when you use our free Helix tools to generate brand guides, personas, or product sheets).

Use of Al Services

Protaigé uses third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to power our marketing automation features. Here’s the scoop:

  • We use services from OpenAl, Anthropic, and Google to generate concepts, write copy, and power features like our Al Photo Editor.
  • When you use these features, relevant data (like your brief, copy, or an image and a prompt) is sent to them for processing. Their use of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • We DO NOT allow our partners to train their Al models on your Brand DNA or campaign data.
  • You retain ownership of all your content.
